Yes! You can choose as many items as you want by going to the product page of any item you want and clicking "Add to Cart". You can also select multiple quantities with the quantity selector. Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unable to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
Please note that we require 1 to 2 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Doxa Products will issue a full refund of goods after purchase within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. The item/s returned MUST remain unused, unworn, unwashed in the condition that they were received with original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
We will issue a refund of the order RRP, once we receive your returned items with Doxa Products returns paperwork. Postage costs are not refunded.
Doxa Products is not responsible for any missing return packages. All items are returned at your own risk and expense so we recommend the use of tracked or recorded postal services.
